If you are not satisfied with your PMD® product that you purchased from www.personalmicroderm.com and would like to return it for a full refund, less shipping (if applicable), please call 1-888-445-4532 for return instructions within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided to you if the product is received damaged and you are requesting a replacement only. Upon return, credit will be applied back to your original card, if purchased directly from the manufacturer. If purchased from a third party you will need to contact the seller to receive a refund of your original purchase price minus applicable fees.
Please note that PMD does not permit the return of or offer refunds for:
- Products purchased, new or used, from unauthorized distributors or through unauthorized distribution channels.
- Packages missing hardware components.
- Products returned without a valid itemized receipt.
- Shipping charges.
- Customs Charges
Products returned past 30 days will not be accepted or honored. It is the responsibility of the sender to provide valid tracking information if confirmation of return is disputed. PMD does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen product being returned for a refund without an RA number.
Note: PMD recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to PMD or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
Note: PMD does not cover customs charges incurred by the customer when shipping Internationally
